Atiya Box Affiliate Program Policy

1. Program Overview

Affiliates earn 20% commission on the net sales generated through their unique affiliate link or promo code.

Net sales = total order amount minus shipping costs, discounts, and refunds.

Commissions are paid per completed sale and are tracked via our affiliate platform.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid email address and a bank account or PayPal for receiving payouts.
• Operate legally in the UAE or internationally.
• Promote Atiya Box ethically and in compliance with all UAE advertising laws.

3. Affiliate Links and Promo Codes

• Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link and/or promo code.
• Sales tracked via the affiliate link or promo code will generate commission if completed within 30 days of the initial click.
• Promo codes are optional but help attract your audience and track offline conversions.

4. Commission Structure

Standard Commission: 20% of net sales.

Bonus Commissions: Additional incentives may be offered for seasonal campaigns, high performance, or special promotions.

Payment Schedule:

• Commissions are calculated monthly.
• Payments are made within 30 days after the month-end.
• Minimum payout threshold: AED 500.
• Payout methods: Bank transfer or PayPal.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

• Commissions are adjusted for refunds or canceled orders.
• If a customer returns a product or disputes a transaction, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next payout.
• Affiliates are responsible for monitoring referrals and reporting issues.

6. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Only use approved promotional materials provided by Atiya Box.
• Clearly disclose affiliate links or promo codes.
• Avoid misleading or unauthorized claims.
• Not bid on Atiya Box branded keywords without written approval.
• Comply with UAE advertising and consumer protection laws.

7. Restrictions

Affiliates are not allowed to:

• Use their affiliate link for personal purchases.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or click fraud.
• Use spam or misleading ads.
• Sell or transfer their affiliate account.

8. Termination

Atiya Box reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for non-compliance or unethical behavior.
• Modify or terminate the program with 30 days’ notice.

9. Data & Privacy

• Affiliates may access limited customer data for tracking purposes only.
• Customer personal data must remain confidential.
• Affiliates must comply with UAE data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by UAE law and disputes fall under UAE court jurisdiction.
