Order Delivery

Atiya Box current delivery options and pricing are outlined in the table below:

We are constantly striving to enhance your shopping experience. We currently offer 2-hour delivery within the Emirate of Dubai. Orders placed outside working hours (9am–6pm) or during public holidays are treated as placed on the next working day. Our couriers may make up to four attempts to contact you to schedule delivery. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled. Cash-on-delivery orders incur a 25 AED surcharge.

Scheduled Time Slots

General Delivery Conditions

Delivery timelines shown on the website or order confirmation are estimates. If an order remains undelivered within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. We are not liable for delivery failures beyond our control, or where you are unavailable to receive the order. Address Changes & Tracking

Our Customer Care team can assist with delivery date or address changes unless your order has already been dispatched. Address changes to a different country are not possible.
